Orders are Individually Packed for each student!  Every order is individually packed and labeled with large easy-to-read labels! Uniformly sized-boxes with handles are used to provide protection and convenience!  All you have to do is hand out the orders!


Customer checks, if taken, are made payable to your organization. Check-in with your participants throughout your selling period and make several reminders to keep selling. Collect all order forms and payments at the end of your selling period.  There are no minimums required to submit an order, but we encourage you to sell at least an average of $10 Retail times the number of brochures shipped to cover the cost of providing you with the brochures and materials. Otherwise, there is a 10% deduction on your profit. 


At the conclusion of your selling period (we recommend 2-3 weeks) Collect the order forms and money from your sellers. We will provide you with a shipping label to return the company's copy for each order form. You can also scan and email the order forms or have your students enter their orders online. There are no case requirements for our Winter Wonderland fundraiser!  


Once we receive your order forms, we will enter them into our order system, and we'll email an invoice to the billing department for the total due. Your organization will keep your profit. We will also email reports for your sales, including a breakdown of what each participant sold, the total number of items, and the retail sales.


After reviewing the invoice you can pay by mailing us a school/business check or money order along with a copy of your invoice.  We request payment be made as quickly as possible and must be received before your packed order can be shipped. 


Once shipped, we will send you an email with a link to track your shipment.


Note: We recommend starting your sales asap and allowing sufficient time for mailing the order forms, 2-3 weeks for the order to be shipped, and a few days for UPS to deliver your order.

What Happened to Yankee Candle Fundraising?

Yankee Candle Fundraising, for years, helped thousands of organizations throughout the U.S. with candle fundraisers. In June 2020, Yankee Candle discontinued its fundraising program. Yankee Candle Fundraising perhaps the largest and most well-known fundraising program in the county, decided to close down its program in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Official Statement on the Yankee Candle Fundraising Website (now closed) Read:

​“In light of the impact that COVID-19 is having on our Fundraising business, we have made the difficult decision to close down the Yankee Candle® Fundraising program. We know that many of you rely on us to help you raise funds and we are sorry that we will no longer be able to support your fundraising efforts…”

Any new fundraiser inquiries are being turned away indefinitely.

The closure of Yankee Candle Fundraising came as a shock to schools, youth groups, sports teams, and so many other organizations throughout the country that made it a tradition to hold a Yankee Candle fundraiser year after year to raise money to support their programs.  As organizations recover from the pandemic, they have been in a difficult position as they decide how they will proceed with fundraising and will be considering an alternative candle fundraiser.

​Christmas 1969 - A True American Success Story - Sixteen-year-old Mike Kittredge, too broke to buy his mother a present, melted some crayons to make her a candle. A neighbor saw it and convinced Mike to sell the candle to her. With that small stake, he bought enough wax to make two candles—one for his mom, and another to sell. The official Newell Brands news statement reported the division’s fundraising program was being discontinued.  Before their website closed down, it contained this heartfelt message to all of their faithful supporters. “To our fundraising community: In light of the impact that COVID-19 is having on our fundraising business we have made the difficult decision to close down the Yankee candle fundraising program. We know that many of you rely on us to help you raise funds and we’re sorry that we will no longer be able to support your fundraising efforts. Being a part of your community has been a privilege..."

2023- The website remains shut down. But good news, the Yankee Candle Company is supplying our Winter Wonderland fundraising distributor select Yankee Candles for their Winter Wonderland fundraising brochures and online fundraising store.
