Promoting your Online Cookie Dough Fundraising Store - Your organization can raise even more money with our online store by offering hundreds of assorted items and donation options. Online sales will make it easy for your participants to contact their family and friends locally and nationwide. We will set up an account for your organization, assign a unique Group ID for your store, and provide login credentials for your chairperson's dashboard. Your chairperson will invite participants to register as sellers by directing them to the online store, entering their Group ID, and clicking the registration link. Visit your chairperson's dashboard to track progress in real-time! Students will receive prize credit for their online sales.

Online Fundraising Shopping Options - Your supporters can have their order shipped to your organization along with their brochure sales order, or they can have it shipped directly to their homes. Your organization will earn 40% profit on all online sales.

Student Success - The key to a successful online fundraiser is to ensure your students register as sellers and use multiple invitation methods to encourage their friends and family to shop in your online fundraising store. We highly recommend encouraging your participants to send messages on the first day of your sale. Because participants may be forgetful or need reminders, we suggest asking them to send emails and posts halfway through your sale. A "last chance to order" reminder should be sent a few days before the sale ends. As a chairperson, sending reminders to participants is key to success.

Collect the order forms and money from your sellers after your traditional brochure-selling period (2-3 weeks). Deposit the money in your organization's account and submit the order forms to us for processing. We will provide a shipping label for returning your seller's order forms. You can also submit them by email. There are no case requirements for the Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough fundraiser! Order only what you sell!

Cut-Off Dates - We highly suggest starting a fall fundraiser early in the season. August and September fundraisers achieve significantly higher participation and sales, but sales decrease each week as the year comes to a close. Start early to allow enough time to complete your fundraiser and for the brochure order forms to be received before the following cut-off dates. Order forms should be submitted by the dates below.
Easter: For delivery before Easter Sunday, order forms need to be returned by the week of March 6th for delivery the week of April 3rd.
Mother's Day: Order forms must be returned by the week of April 7th for delivery before Mother's Day on May 5th. 
End of School Year/Spring Sports Season: Allow 3-4 weeks, plus transit time, after order forms are received for data entry to be completed and the order to be packed, shipped, and delivered. 
Thanksgiving: For delivery before Thanksgiving, order forms must be returned by the week of October 14th for delivery BEFORE the week of November 18th.
Christmas: For delivery before Christmas break, order forms must be returned by November 13th.  
Oct-Dec Delivery: Allow up to 4 weeks, plus transit time, from receipt of your order forms for data entry, packing, shipping, and delivery. 

Once data entry is complete, we'll email the sales reports and your invoice for the amount due. After reviewing the invoice, you can pay by mailing us a school/business check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. You can also call and pay by Visa or Master Card. We accept purchase orders from public schools, which include a 15-day payment agreement. Your order will be released for shipment upon receipt of a valid purchase order. All orders for Otis Spunkmeyer and cookie-dough fundraisers are packed for each seller.

Upon receipt of payment or purchase order, your order will be processed, and the products will be shipped to you, packed by the seller, for distribution to your sellers.

Sales Reports/Invoice - Once data entry is complete, we'll email the sales reports and your invoice for the due amount. We will deduct your online sales profit from the amount owing on your brochure sales, or vice versa if your online sales are higher. Your organization keeps the profit you earned upfront. After reviewing the invoice, you can pay by mailing a school/business check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. You can also call and pay by Visa or Master Card for a fee.

With traditional brochure orders, we strive to ship your Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Dough fundraising order within 4 weeks of receiving payment. Shipping your order during the busiest season, typically October and November, may take additional time. Please allow an extra 3-5 days for transit once your order ships.

To offer a Virtual, Direct Ship to Home only fundraiser, you can SIGN UP NOW. Please note that ship-to-home orders do not include items that require refrigeration. No one needs to sell face-to-face or use a brochure and order form. Once you submit the online form, your online store will be activated immediately, allowing you to raise funds until you are ready to close the sale. We will ship each order directly to the supporters. Your group can still earn a 40% profit with our online sales! To increase sales, we recommend including a traditional brochure fundraiser.
