Your organization will earn a 40% profit and receive free shipping when selling just $30 or more items! Sell 500+ items and your organization will earn 455 profit. An order with less than 30 items will add $25 shipping. 

How Does the Ultimate Coffee Collection Fundraiser Work?

Review the Ultimate Coffee Collection Fundraiser Sales Agreement, complete, and submit it to us by fax or email. You can also submit your sales agreement electronically on our website.


Use our Chairman’s Toolbox on our website for all the documents you’ll need, including a sample cover letter you can modify. You’ll also find in the Toolbox fundraising instructions, helpful tips, and information on how to submit your order.


Distribute your Ultimate Coffee Collection fundraiser brochures to your sellers and determine how long you will continue your sales. (Most organizations sell for 2-3 weeks) Customer checks, if taken, are made payable to your organization.


Collect all brochures and payments at the end of your selling period.  There are no minimums for submitting your Ultimate Coffee Collection fundraiser order. Enclosed with your brochures we provide a Master Order Form for entering the tally for each item.  Fax or email the completed form to us and we will then email an invoice to you.  You can also call us to submit your order.  You'll keep your brochures and profit, and remit payment for the amount due.


We accept a school or organization check, cashier's check, or money order only for the Ultimate Coffee Collection fundraiser orders.  W-9s and vendor applications are provided as needed. Purchase orders for public schools are not accepted. for this program.


Your organization will earn a minimum of 40% profit. With 500 items sold your profit will increase to 45%.  Shipping is free for your Ultimate Coffee Collection Fundraiser with just 30 items sold. Orders with less than 30 items will add $25 shipping.


Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment.  Small orders are usually shipped by UPS.  Large orders are shipped by Common carrier.  You can expect to receive your shipment generally within 7 business days.  Late orders are accepted with no minimum order required.


We’ll provide coaching to help your campaign succeed, we offer extended office hours Mon-Sat 9am-9pm and Sun 11am -6pm, and we are committed to processing your order and any needed replacements with no delay.  When you require help we'll be available to assist you!
