Once you receive your catalogs, your participants will take them to potential customers and collect the payments upfront.
Timing is essential for your success. Most organizations may want to start their fundraiser shortly before their winter break, believing they will achieve better results. Others can take 4 or 5 weeks, so it is essential to schedule your fundraising dates accordingly to allow enough time to receive your shipment before a school’s winter break, the end of a sports season, or before a winter break. Starting a fundraiser earlier in the fall can still promote sales for the holidays, mainly because by the time the sale ends, items are shipped and then delivered by the students.
