You'll receive a 3-part order form in case someone loses a copy! Families keep a copy, you keep a copy, and one copy will be sent to the company. Homeroom envelopes are provided to keep order forms separated and organized. A prepaid, self-addressed envelope is provided for mailing orders back to the company. 

 

Computer report detailing sale - Easy to read and understand! Your reports include an overall summary, internet sales, results by homeroom, top sellers, prize summary, and more! Reports are emailed to you in PDF format for immediate results! You'll have 24/7 Chairperson internet access to view your totals, reports, and invoices online!

 

"State-of-the-art" Scanning Equipment is used to pack orders! Each item is scanned with a barcode to ensure accuracy. Scanning by barcode gives the company 99.8% order accuracy! Scanning = Fewer Packing Errors = Fewer Headaches for the Chairperson!

 

Orders are Individually Packed for each student. Every order is labeled with large, easy-to-read labels. Uniformly sized boxes with handles provide protection and convenience. All you have to do is hand out the orders!

 

Customer checks, if taken, are made payable to your organization. Check in with your participants throughout your selling period and make several reminders to keep selling. Collect all order forms and payments at the end of your selling period. No minimum order is required to submit an order, but we encourage you to sell at least $10 in Retail for each brochure shipped to help cover the cost of providing the brochures and materials. Otherwise, a 10% deduction will be applied to your profit. 

 

After your selling period (we recommend 2-3 weeks), collect the order forms and money from your sellers. We will provide you with a shipping label to return the company's copy for each order form. You can also scan and email the order forms or have your students enter them online. There are no case requirements for our Winter Wonderland fundraiser!  

 

Once we receive your order forms, we will enter them into our order system and email an invoice from the billing department for the total due. Your organization will keep your profit. We will also email reports on your sales, including a breakdown of each participant's sales, the total number of items sold, and the retail sales.

 

After reviewing the invoice, you can pay by mailing us a school/business check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. We request that payment be made as quickly as possible and must be received before your packed order can be shipped. 

 

Once your shipment ships, we will email you a tracking link.

 

Note: We recommend starting your sales as soon as possible and allowing sufficient time for mailing the order forms, 2-3 weeks for the order to ship, and a few days for UPS to deliver.
