We proudly offer an exciting line of Cheese & Sausage fundraiser brochures, whether you want to offer your supporters just Cheese & Sausage or include a more extensive selection. Whether your organization is seeking a small or large variety of items, and whether you have refrigeration for storage or need shelf-stable items, we can help. We will ship collated packets for each of your participants, who will ask their family, friends, and neighbors to buy items from the brochure (2-3 weeks). Orders are taken, and payments are collected. We will provide a shipping label for returning your seller's order forms. Brochure sales are combined into a single fundraiser to qualify for free shipping, and we also offer your organization a complimentary pack-by-seller service.

Participant Letter - We will customize a participant letter to include why you are fundraising, your goal, the closing date, to whom to make checks payable (if applicable), and whom to contact if any participants have questions. The letter will include the steps for a participant to register, the online store URL, your Group ID, tips for promoting the fundraiser via email, text, and social media, and instructions for your customers to place orders.

Online sales will make it easy for your participants to contact their family and friends locally and throughout the United States. Your supporters can have their order shipped to your organization along with their brochure sales order, or they can have a non-frozen order shipped directly to their home.

For Spring Fundraising, every month during the spring is a great time to hold a Cheese and sausage Fundraiser. We suggest running your fundraiser in early spring to avoid competition from school and sports fundraisers.

Fall Cut-Off Dates: 

We highly suggest starting a fall fundraiser early in the season. Significantly higher participation and higher sales are achieved with September fundraisers. Sales decrease each week as we get closer to the end of the year. Start early to allow enough time to complete your fundraiser and for the brochure order forms to be received before the following cut-off dates. The fundraising company must receive the order form by the dates below.
Thanksgiving: October 23rd
Christmas: November 13th
Oct-Dec delivery: Allow up to 4 weeks, plus transit time, after your order forms have been received for data entry to be completed and the order to be packed, shipped, and delivered.
