How Does the La-Tee-Da Fundraising Candle Fundraiser Work?
■ Start a Fundraiser - Review the La-Tee-Da candle fundraiser information thoroughly. If you have any questions, please contact us at 860-384-3691. You can submit your registration electronically by clicking "Start a Fundraiser." online. Your fundraising brochures will be shipped right away, and you'll be able to start raising funds in just a few days.
■ Fundraiser Support - Throughout your fundraiser, we will guide you at every step. We will also help you create a customized participant letter to share with your sellers. This letter will include your fundraising goals, the purpose of your fundraiser, your end date, and contact information for questions.
■ Running Your Fundraiser - Distribute the La-Tee-Da! Fundraising brochures to your sellers, send reminders, and run your fundraiser for about 2-3 weeks.
■ Payment Instructions - If you accept checks as payment from your customers, please ensure they are made payable directly to your organization.
■ Collecting Orders and Payments - At the end of your selling period, collect all brochures and payments. Afterwards, please call or email us. There are no minimums for submitting your candle fundraiser order. To submit an order packed by the seller, we can provide you with a spreadsheet, or you can scan and email your order forms to us. For larger orders, you may also mail your order forms. We will handle the data entry for you and provide a sales report. If you prefer to organize the orders yourself, you can submit a tally of each sold item. An invoice will be emailed once your order is submitted. You will retain your brochures, receive an upfront payment, and remit only the amount owed.
■ Payment Methods - We accept school or organization checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and credit card payments. W-9s and vendor applications are available upon request.
■ Free Shipping - Enjoy free shipping for your La-Tee-Da! Candle Fundraiser with retail sales of $500 or more. For orders under $500 in retail sales, a flat fee of $11.95 applies, regardless of the number of items.
■ Order Confirmation - You will receive a confirmation email once we process your payment, and your order will be forwarded to our shipping department. Smaller orders will be shipped via UPS, while larger orders typically go through a common carrier. We will keep you updated on shipping progress and estimated delivery dates. After payment is received, expect your shipment within 7-10 business days. Late orders are accepted with no minimum requirement.
■ Ongoing Support - We offer coaching to ensure your campaign's success, extended office hours from Mon-Sun 9 am - 8 pm EST, and a strong commitment to processing your orders and any necessary replacements promptly.
