- We'll ship brochures to you right away. The brochures are 8 pages and unfold to show all items on one side and the order form on the other.
- Together, we'll customize a participant letter, including all the information your sellers will need for their candle fundraiser.
- We'll set up your online candle fundraiser store and customize it with your logo/image and add your message describing why you are fundraising. (optional).
- Sellers take home their GLOW fundraising brochure and show it to family, friends, and co-workers, in person and online. Supporters use the order form on the back of the brochure to place their order, and the seller collects payment. If a supporter does not have cash or a check, they can then shop in your online store.
- Sellers register online, personalize their online store, and share their QR Code or shopping link with everyone via social media, email, and texts. They can access their own dashboard to view their sales, marketing images, and order tracking.
- Shipping Options - Supporters can choose to have orders shipped right to their doorstep or to your group.
- Ship-to-home orders - Supporters pay a $11.95 shipping fee for orders under $99 (free shipping on orders of $99+). All ship-to-home orders offer 40% profit. Orders ship within a few days.
- Ship-to-group orders - Supporters pay a $1.95 processing fee and receive free shipping. The organization pays a flat $11.95 shipping fee if the total of the ship-to-group orders is less than $99. Your school/group will earn 50% profit when your ship-to-group sales are 150+ items, and 40% profit if fewer than 150 items are sold. Ship-to-group orders ship at the end of the fundraiser with your brochure orders.
- Sellers and chairperson can access their own dashboard to view their sales, marketing images, tools, and order tracking.
- Sellers return their order form and funds collected to the chairperson at the fundraiser's end date, and orders are entered. Reports can be viewed in the chairperson's dashboard for each seller, including a breakdown of brochure, online ship-to-home, and ship-to-group sales.
- GLOW will pack the orders for each seller and ship them to your group within 10 business days upon receipt of payment or a school purchase order. Once delivered, your group will handle distribution to sellers and customers.
- An invoice is emailed automatically once the order forms are entered. Accepted payments include school or organization checks, cashier's checks, or money orders. Credit cards are accepted, with a fee that applies. Profit from your online sales is applied as a credit on your brochure sales invoice, reducing the amount you owe.
- W-9s and vendor applications are provided as needed. Public schools can submit a purchase order with 30-day terms.
