It offers coconut and soy-blend wax candles, delightful wax melts, refreshing room sprays, and soothing essential oils. Choose from several options:
1) Combine online sales with brochure sales. Online sales can be shipped to a group and/or to the home. You choose!
2) Don't want to handle cash? Choose our cashless fundraiser! We can provide a promotional flier for sellers to show in person. All orders are then placed online and can be shipped to the group at the end of the fundraiser or directly to the home within a few days. Orders shipped to the group pay a small $1.95 processing fee and receive free shipping.

Everyone loves candles, and our GLOW Scented Candles online fundraiser is our most popular event, year after year! Supporters appreciate the quality of our seasonal and year-round candles, room sprays, wax melts, and essential oils, which keep them eager to make repeat purchases.
Choose from several online fundraising options! All offer the chairperson and sellers access to their sales.
1. 100% Virtual Fundraiser - Supporters shop online, pay by credit card, and all orders ship directly to their homes! No brochures, no cash sales, no orders shipped to your group. Profit is 40%.
2. Cashless Fundraiser - Best option for groups who don't want to handle cash but otherwise want a traditional fundraiser. Rather than carrying a brochure, a promotional flyer including product images, a URL, and a QR Code to your online store, a fundraiser ID, and the seller's name is provided. Your flyer can be displayed in person and shared via email, text, and social media posts. Supporters can shop online and choose ship-to-home or ship-to-group to receive free shipping. Ship-to-group orders will ship to your organization at the end of the fundraiser. Your group earns 40%-50% profit.
3. App FLASH Fundraiser - Sellers download an app and share their online store with all their contacts. Includes automated reminders and much more. All orders will ship directly to your home. Profit is 40%.
4. Traditional Brochure Sales with an Online Store. Sellers collect orders by showing our fundraising brochures and collecting payments, and by inviting supporters to shop online. Ship-to-home and ship-to-group options are offered. This option is recommended for high sales. Profit is 40%-50%.
Customized Online Store:
The online store is customized for both the group and each seller, featuring personalized messages and logos/images. It offers all items shown in the brochures, plus more. The chairperson and each seller have access to a dashboard that allows them to view orders, track shipments, access reports, and find relevant information.
Shipping Fees:
Supporters placing an order with a brochure or online ship-to-group do not pay shipping. For ship-to-home orders, shipping is free on orders of $ 99.00 or more; for orders under $99.00, shipping is $11.95. For online sales, ship-to-group orders, supporters receive free shipping and pay only a $1.95 processing fee. Groups receive free shipping on their brochure sales and ship-to-group sales when the combined sales total $100 or more. If the total is less than $100, the group will pay the $11.95 shipping fee.
Profit:
Brochure and online ship-to-group sales combined qualify for a 50% profit when selling 150 or more items. Otherwise, profit is 40%. All ship-to-home orders offer 40% profit.
We will create a participant letter for your group that includes your fundraising reason, goals, fundraiser end date, who to contact if sellers have questions, directions for registering as a seller, a URL and QR Code for the online store, and tips for increasing sales.

Yankee Candle Online Fundraising
Yankee Candles - Your organization will earn a $11 Profit per candle sold. There are no minimum orders. The online store offers a variety of additional items, and your organization will receive a 40% profit on all purchases.
There are no brochures, order forms, or collecting money – we keep it simple! Your flyer will include a QR code to drive sales. Flyers can be emailed or handed out to your participants. Participants register, share, and family & friends shop online. There are two delivery options (Your Choice): 1. Home delivery, where all orders will ship directly to your customers' homes. 2. Combination of Home Delivery to your supporters' homes (they pay a small fee for shipping), & Delivery to an Organization that offers your customers a free shipping option. Shipping is also free for your organization.
