Following confirmation of your agreement, your brochures, collection envelopes, 3-part order forms, parent letters (if selected), and prize program brochures (if selected) will be shipped.  You can begin your fundraiser in about a week.

Participation Kick-Off Kit!

You'll receive large hallway posters to help promote your sale and classroom posters with Participation Goal Chart.
Students that sell one item get to sign the goal chart  Watch your participation increase!  A goal chart is used to determine winners of 50% participation homeroom party.  We also provide a fabulous kick-off video for your organization to use.


Ice Cream / Yogurt / Healthy Treat Party will promote participation. Once a student sells just 1 item they become a participant in your class. With 50% participation you'll receive a $15 credit towards a class party. Everyone in the class is invited to attend the party.

You'll Receive a 3-Part Order Form - Just in case someone loses a copy!  Families keep a copy, your chairperson keeps a copy, and one copy will be sent to the company.  Homeroom envelopes are provided to keep order forms separated and organized.  A pre-paid and self-addressed envelope is provided to mail orders back to the company.

Orders are Individually Packed for each Student!  Every order is individually packed and labeled with large easy to read labels! Uniformly sized boxes with handles are used to provide protection and convenience!  All you have to do is hand out the orders!


Customer Checks, if taken, are Payable to your Organization. Check-in with your participants throughout your selling period and make several reminders to keep selling.  Collect all order forms and payments at the end of your selling period.  There are no minimums required to submit an order, but we encourage you to sell at least an average of $10 Retail times the number of brochures shipped to cover the cost of providing you with the brochures and materials.  Otherwise, there is a 10% deduction on your profit. 


At the Conclusion of your Selling Period we recommend 2-3 weeks) collect the order forms and money from your sellers. We will provide you with a shipping label to return the company's copy for each order form.  You can also scan and email the order forms. There are no case requirements for our fundraiser!  


Once We Receive Your Order Forms, we will enter it into our order system and you'll be emailed an invoice by the billing department for the total due. Your organization will keep your profit. We will also email reports for your sales including a break down for what each participant sold, the total number of items, and the retail sales.


After Reviewing the Invoice you can pay by mailing us a school/business check or money order along with a copy of your invoice.  We request payment be made as quickly as possible and must be received before your packed order can

be shipped. 


Once Shipped, we will send you an email with a link to track your shipment.


Note: We recommend starting your sales asap and to allow sufficient time for mailing the order forms, 2-3 weeks for the order to be shipped and a few days for UPS to deliver your order.
