In response to COVID-19, three fundraising options are available:

Traditional brochure sales without online sales. Call 860-384-3691 to request brochures.

Traditional brochure sales combined with online sales. SIGN UP NOW FOR ONLINE SALES. Online sales options can include ship to the organization and/or the option for customers to select ship-to-home.  You choose how you want your online store to be set up. After signing up online, contact us to request fundraising brochures.

Direct Ship to Home only. You can SIGN UP NOW.  This online option does not offer frozen cookie dough.

Notes: Shipping is free with 400+ items sold. Up to $1 item less than 400 items sold is added for shipping. Our shelf-stable fundraisers can be shipped throughout the United States including AK and HI. Our online store can be set up with and without foods that require refrigeration. Frozen foods can't be shipped directly to a customer's home.

■ Request your brochures by submitting your Unipak Fundraising Purchase and Reservation Agreement and returning it to us by email at deb@best-fundraising-ideas.com, or fax it to 410-630-7080. You can also call 860-384-3691 and we can complete the form for you. We will ship one Heartland Sweets brochure, an order form, a collection envelop, and a prize brochure, when applicable, for each of your participants. This brochure offers all shelf-stable sweet treats and snacks and is available throughout the continental U.S. 

Online Shopping - Your organization can add an online store, with just the items in this brochure or hundreds of assorted items and donation options, to raise even more money. Online sales will provide you with a larger market of supporters throughout the United States. Our online store will make it easy for your participants to contact their family and friends.

■ To include online sales, we will set up an account for you and customize a participant letter you can distribute in-person or send by email to your participants. Your supporters can have their order shipped to your organization along with your brochure sales order, or for a small fee, (approximately $7-$8) they can have their order shipped directly to their home.

■ Your organization will earn a 40% profit on all sales. You'll receive a coordinator login for you to be able to track progress in REAL-TIME!  Students will receive prize credit for their online sales Learn More

■ We will customize a participant letter to include why you are fundraising, your goal, closing date, whom to make checks payable to, if applicable, and whom to contact if any participant has questions. The letter will include the steps for a participant to register, the online store web address, your Group ID, tips for promoting the fundraiser through email, text, and social media, and steps for your customers to place an order.

■ Explain your fundraising goals with your members and set a minimum number of items for each participant to sell. Show the brochure to friends, family, co-workers, etc., and collect orders and payments. Supporters can pay your organization by cash, check, or use their own devices to process payments on an encrypted, secure payment portal. Learn more HERE.

■ After your traditional brochure selling period (we recommend 2-3 weeks) collect the order forms and money from your sellers.  Money is deposited in your organization's account, and the order forms are submitted to us for processing. We will provide you with a shipping label for returning your seller's order forms. There are no case requirements for our Heartland Sweets fundraiser when ordered packed-by-seller! Order only what you sell!

■ We encourage you to sell 400+ items and your profit will be 40% with free shipping. Orders less than 400 items will add $1 for each item less than 400 items sold. For example, if you sell 350 items you would be 50 items short of reaching 400 items and a $50 shipping fee would be added to your invoice.  Once the data entry has been completed, we will email sales reports and your invoice to you for the amount due. We will deduct your online sales profit from the amount due on your brochure sales, or vice versa if your online sales are higher. Your organization keeps the profit you earned upfront. After reviewing the invoice, you can pay by mailing a school/business check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. You can also call and pay by Visa or Master Card. We do accept purchase orders from public schools with 15 days payment agreement and will release your order to be shipped upon receipt of a valid purchase order. All orders with our Heartland Sweets Snacks and Chocolate Fundraiser are shipped packed by each seller. 

■ Upon receipt of payment or purchase order, your order will be processed, and the products will be shipped to you, for distribution to your sellers.  The delivery date and time will be scheduled by the shipper, you will receive a call from the shipping company with the date and time of your delivery, and the organization will need to have someone available to receive the delivery.  A school or business address is required for the delivery. We cannot deliver to an athletic field. If delivery will be to a private gym or similar location please note, the delivery date and time will be set by the shipping company and they cannot accommodate the specific date and time requests. Smaller orders will ship to a business or school address by UPS or FedEx and tracking will be provided. We do our best to ship your fundraising order within 3-4 weeks after receiving your order forms and payment. Please allow 3-5 days for transportation time.

■ Our online fundraising store will help your organization sell more items by sharing the online store with family and friends out of the area, out of state, or even local people you won’t see.

 

■ We will enter your orders, email your invoice for only the amount due, you'll keep your profits upfront, and we'll ship your products packed-by-seller for free with a minimum order of just 120 items.  The more items you sell the higher your profit will be!

■ For public schools, we can accept a purchase order with a 15-day payment agreement. Payment can be made by credit card, school/organization check, or money order.

■ Our Tons of Prizes program is available on orders submitted as packed-by-seller, not for bulk orders.  Individual student/participant order forms can't be combined to qualify for higher-level prizes, and we reserved the right to not ship prizes if the organization abuses the purpose of the prize program.
