Price Range: All items are priced at $20.

Number of Pages and Items: Our 4-page Brochure offers 19 items, while the 1-page Brochure offers 8.

Product Description: Enjoy an assortment of traditional and new popcorn flavors in large, gallon-sized bags. There are 19 amazing flavors!

Minimum Order Requirement: None. Only order what you sell.

Case Requirements: None!

Online Fundraising Sales Option: Available, and can be offered with or without other product categories. You choose!

Upfront Costs: None. Brochures, order forms, and collection envelopes are free. 

Pack-By-Seller: All orders are individually packed for each seller at no extra cost.

Shipping Fee: Enjoy free shipping when selling 400 items or more items. That's just 40 students selling 10 items each!

Virtual Fundraising Option: Yes. An online-only fundraiser is available for your fundraising needs.

Purchase Orders: Public schools are eligible for 30-day invoice terms.

Payment Options: Accepted payment methods include organization checks, business checks, cashier's checks, and money orders. Credit cards are accepted with an additional fee.

Traditional Poppin Popcorn fundraiser brochures are available, but we also offer online sales. Online sales can be shipped directly to a customer's home or to your school/group at the end of the fundraiser. How does our Poppin' Popcorn Fundraiser Work?

Request your brochures. We will ship one brochure, one order form, and one collection envelope to each participant, who will ask their family, friends, and co-workers to buy items from the brochure. Orders are taken, and payments are collected. In addition to cash sales, we offer an electronic payment option for your supporters.

Participant Letter - We will customize a participant letter to include your fundraising purpose, goal, closing date, to whom checks will be payable (if applicable), and the contact for any participant questions. The letter will include the steps for participants to register, the online store URL, your Group ID, tips for promoting the fundraiser via email, text, and social media, and instructions for customers to place orders.

 

Fundraising Goals - Review your goals with your members and set a minimum number of items for each participant to sell. In addition to showing the brochure to co-workers, friends, and family, we suggest asking your participants to email 30-40 contacts, send texts, and post on all available social media channels to encourage direct purchases from the seller and/or share the link to purchase online. Supporters can pay your organization by cash, check, or Cash App. You choose. We also provide electronic payment by phone.

Promoting your Popcorn Fundraiser Online - Your organization can raise even more money with our online store by offering hundreds of assorted items and donation options. Online popcorn fundraiser sales will make it easy for your participants to contact their family and friends locally and throughout the United States. We will set up an account for your organization, assign a unique Group ID for your store, and provide login credentials for your chairperson's dashboard. Your chairperson will invite participants to register as sellers by directing them to the popcorn fundraiser website, entering their Group ID, and clicking the registration link. Visit your chairperson's dashboard to track progress in real time! Students will receive prize credit for their online sales. 

Online Popcorn Sales Options - Your supporters can have their order shipped to your organization along with their brochure sales order, or they can have it shipped directly to their homes. Your organization will earn a 40% profit on all online sales.

Student Success - The key to a successful online popcorn fundraiser is to ensure your students register as sellers and use multiple channels to invite their friends and family to shop at your Poppin Popcorn online fundraiser store. We highly recommend encouraging participants to send messages on the first day of your sale. Because people are forgetful and may need to be asked more than once before purchasing, we recommend asking your participants to send emails and posts as reminders halfway through your sale. Sellers should send a "last chance to order" reminder a few days before your sale ends. As a chairperson, sending reminders to participants is key to a successful fundraiser.

Ending your Fundraiser - After your traditional brochure-selling period (2-3 weeks), collect your sellers' order forms and payments. Deposit the money in your organization's account and submit the order forms to us for processing. We will provide a shipping label for returning your seller's order forms. There are no case requirements for the Poppin' Popcorn fundraiser. Only order what you sell!

Once data entry is complete, we'll email the sales reports and your invoice for the amount due. After reviewing the invoice, you can pay by mailing us a school/business check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. You can also call to pay by Visa or Mastercard. We accept purchase orders from public schools with a 30-day payment agreement and will release your order for shipment upon receipt of a valid purchase order. All orders with Poppin Popcorn are packed individually for each seller.

 

Cut-Off Dates - We highly suggest starting a fall fundraiser early in the season. August and September fundraisers achieve significantly higher participation and sales, but sales decrease each week as the year comes to a close. Start early to allow enough time to complete your fundraiser and for the brochure order forms to be received before the following cut-off dates. Order forms must be returned using a UPS/FedEx label we'll provide or via email attachments. 

Easter: March 13th
Mother's Day: Order forms must be returned by the week of April 7th for delivery before Mother's Day on May 5th. 
Thanksgiving: October 23rd
Christmas: November 23rd

Upon receipt of payment or purchase order, your order will be processed, and the products will be shipped to you, packed by the seller, for distribution to your sellers.

Minimum Order - None

Sales Reports/Invoice - Once data entry is complete, we'll email the sales reports and your invoice for the due amount. We will deduct your online sales profit from the amount owing on your gourmet popcorn fundraiser brochure sales, or vice versa, if your online fundraising sales are higher than your brochure sales. Your organization keeps the profit you earned upfront. After reviewing the invoice, you can pay by mailing a school/business check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. You can also call and pay by Visa or Master Card for a fee. We accept purchase orders from public schools with a 15-day payment agreement and will release your order for shipment upon receipt of a valid purchase order. All orders with our Poppin Popcorn Fundraiser are shipped packed by each seller.  

 

Your organization retains the profit from your popcorn sales. We will deduct your online sales profit from the amount due on your brochure sales. Orders shipping directly to a customer's home will ship within a few days. For traditional brochure orders, we aim to ship your Poppin Popcorn fundraising order within 2-3 weeks of receiving payment. Shipping your order during the busiest season, October and November, may take additional time. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for transit once your order ships.
