■ Review the candle fundraiser Sales Agreement, call us if you have any questions, and submit your sales agreement electronically on our website: Get Started Now. You can also Print an Agreement and submit it to us by scan/email, fax, or by postal mail. Call us at 860-384-3691 if you need assistance. Your fundraising brochures will be shipped right away and you'll be able to start raising funds in just a few days.
■ Throughout your fundraiser, we will guide you through each step, and we'll work together to create a customized letter for you to share with your sellers. The letter will include your fundraising goals, why you are fundraising for your organization, your end date, and who to contact if they have questions.
■ Distribute the La-Tee-Da! Fundraising brochures to your sellers, send out reminders and run your fundraiser for about 2-3 weeks.
■ If you accept checks as payment from your customers, request they be made payable directly to your organization.
■ La-Tee-Da! Fundraising will add sales tax on your invoice only when an order ships to TX. If your organization is not tax-exempt, you are able to collect and remit sales tax to your state unless you are in the state of TX. La-Tee-Da! Fundraising collects and pays sales tax on your behalf to the state of TX.
■ Collect all brochures and payments at the end of your selling period and then call us at 860-384-3691 or email email@example.com. There are no minimums for submitting your candle fundraiser order. To submit an order packed by the seller, we can provide you with a spreadsheet or you can scan and email your order forms to us. For large sales, you can also mail your order forms we’ll complete the data entry for you and provide a report for all your sales. If you prefer to sort the orders, you can submit a tally of each item sold. An invoice will be emailed to you once your order has been submitted. You'll keep your brochures and profit upfront, and remit payment only for the amount due.
■ Pay for your purchase. We accept school or organization check, cashier's check, money order, or payment by credit card. W-9s and vendor applications are provided as needed.
■ Shipping is free for your La-Tee-Da! Candle Fundraiser with retail sales of just $500 or greater. Orders less than $500 in retail sales are charged a flat $11.95 shipping fee, regardless of the number of items ordered.
■ A confirmation will be emailed to you once we receive the payment, and your order will be submitted to our shipping department. Small orders will ship by UPS. Large orders usually ship by a common carrier. We will provide you with shipping updates and the estimated delivery date. Once payment for a candle fundraiser order has been received, you can expect to receive your shipment generally within 7 -10 business days. Late orders are accepted with no minimum order required.
■ We’ll provide coaching to help your campaign succeed, extended office hours Mon-Sun 9 am - 9 pm EST, and a solid commitment to process your order and any needed replacements with no delay. When you require help, we'll be available to assist you!
