How Does the Sweet Chaos Popcorn Fundraiser Work?
■ Review the Sweet Chaos Popcorn Fundraiser Sales Agreement, complete it, and submit it to us by fax or email. You can also submit your sales agreement electronically on our website. We will ship a Sweet Chaos popcorn brochure (with an order form on the back) for each of your sellers and we will set up your organization's online store.
■ We will work with you to create a customized participant letter that will include your goals, why you are fundraising, whom to make checks payable to, your fundraiser's end date, etc. We will also include instructions for the online store and a link for your participants to register as a seller. And, we will also include tips for increasing your sales.
■ We will review each step of your fundraiser with you from start to finish to help ensure that your organization's fundraiser runs smoothly throughout your sale.
■ Offer incentives! Before starting your sale, we suggest putting together an incentive/reward for your participants for participating in your fundraiser for a job well done! Raising money for your organization is a worthy cause and should be recognized. Think outside the box and award for participation, not just for top-sellers. Once payment has been received by an organization check, cashier check, or money order, your order will be packed and shipped in 1-2 weeks. Popcorn orders received online will be shipped with your brochure orders. Smaller orders are usually shipped by UPS. Larger orders are shipped by a carrier and delivered on a pallet. A check for your online sales profit will be mailed to you. You will then distribute your orders to your participants along with the popcorn brochure/order form.
