How our Neighbors Cookies America's Favorite Treats Fundraiser Works
Request your brochures - Request your brochures by calling us at (860) 384-3691. We will ship you 1 sales kit including a brochure, order form, collection envelope, and a free parent letter for each of your participants. We can either create a parent letter for you, or if you wish to provide your own letter we can print one for you. Your organization will pay nothing upfront, but a $1 fee for each sales kit will be billed should you cancel your fundraiser.
Get Started - Explain your fundraising goals with your members, set a minimum number of items for each participant to sell, and sell items from the Crazy About Cookies America's Favorite Treats fundraiser brochure! Have your participants show the brochure to family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers, and invite them to order tubs of Crazy about Cookies cookie dough. Ask friends and family to take the brochure to work for a day to help collect sales, etc. Your participants will complete the order form with the customer's name, phone number, what they ordered, and collect the money due. Customer checks are payable to your organization. We recommend selling for 2 weeks.
Placing your order - At the conclusion of your selling period (we recommend 2-3 weeks) collect the order forms and money from your sellers. A minimum order requires 100+ items. If your order falls short of 100 items, you will need to round up your order. Orders with the Crazy About Cookies America's Favorite Treats fundraiser brochure offer free pack-by-seller with 150 or more units sold. We will provide an excel template matching the brochure you chose for entering your order. Once completed, simply email the order to deb@best-fundraising-ideas.com. We will then upload your order into our in our order system and email your reports and an invoice to you for the amount due. You'll retain your profit upfront. Note: a fundraiser with 100-149 units sold will be packed by the piece and sorted by your organization.
Order Options - In response to COVID-19, several new options for ordering are available.
- Order online to ship with the main order delivering to the organization.
- Order online to ship directly to your home (shipping + handling charges will apply).
- Order via the order-taker, if provided with your brochure.
Payment - After reviewing the invoice you can pay by mailing us a school/business check, money order, credit card, along with a copy of your invoice. You can also call and pay by credit card. We do accept purchase orders from public schools with 15 days payment agreement and will release your order to be shipped upon receipt of a valid purchase order.
Profit - Your organization will earn up to 40% profit and you'll keep your profit upfront.
Shipping - Shipping is FREE for orders with 250 or more items. Orders less than 250 items will incur a $170 fee. Cookie dough deliveries require delivery to a school, business, or other similar location with refrigeration available and must be deliverable during regular business hours. Small orders less than 150 items are shipped by the piece and will ship in about 2 weeks after receipt of the order and payment or a public school purchase order. Larger orders that are packed-by-seller require approximately 3 weeks after receiving the order. Crazy About Cookies' scrumptious cookie dough is shipped packed in dry ice and is shelf-stable (between 66-77 F) for up to 21 days once shipped, refrigerated for up to 6 months, and frozen up to 1 year. Delivery - Once the order is ready to ship, we will contact you to let you know the first delivery date available. Once confirmed, we will provide the carrier and tracking, and the delivery window if available (by noon or by 5 pm). Delivery windows are not guaranteed. Inside-delivery and delivery windows are available for orders with 250+ items. Orders with 4 or more pallets will qualify for a lift gate if requested. Smaller orders are shipped by UPS with FREE inside delivery when available.
