How our Mrs. Fields fundraising program works

How to start your fundraiser - Start your fundraiser by calling 860-384-3691 or complete our online form: START FUNDAISING. After you have submitted your "Start Fundraising" form, we will complete a fundraising agreement and email it to you to review and sign. Once we receive your signed agreement we will set up your online fundraising store and ship to your organization one brochure, order form, and collection envelope for each of your participants. This brochure may not be available in some remote areas. We will confirm availability for you once we receive your shipping address. 

Online Fundraising is a great way to help your organization to raise money - Online fundraising sales are simple and easy! With no order forms to tally or money to collect, you'll love the online fundraising option! Your participants can quickly reach out to their friends and family by sending emails, texts, and posting on social media. We will email information to you with instructions so your participants can register as a seller. Your organization will receive a link, connected to your fundraiser, you can share with your sellers. In turn, your sellers will be able to invite their friends and family to shop and purchase Mrs. Fields cookies, Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes, and Antonia's cheesecakes to support your fundraiser. When supporters click on the link, a personalized message will include the name of the seller they are shopping for. If they wish, your sellers can also upload a photo. Your sellers will be able to track their online fundraising sales and orders placed will ship to your organization at the conclusion of your fundraiser. Your participants will receive credit for the prize program for your online fundraising sales as well as their brochure sales. Note: Your online fundraising store, will be set up to accept donations. Your supporters will have the option to donate $50 or $75 and your organization will receive 70% of all donations, and up to a 40% profit on your Mrs. Fields Fundraising Baker's Choice online fundraising sales.

Start-Up Fees - There are no start-up fees to begin your Mrs. Fields Fundraising fundraiser. 

Selling Dates - We recommend selling for 2 weeks. Near the end of your selling period you can decide if you would like to extend your sale. Please contact us a few days before your closing date to allow sufficient time for your online fundraising store to be updated. Once closed, we are not able to reopen an online fundraising store.

Explain your fundraising goals and start selling - Discuss your fundraising goals and why you are fundraising with your members in-person, by sharing a participant letter, by sending emails etc. Set a minimum number of items for each participant to sell, and then sell our Mrs. Fields cookies by showing the brochure to your co-workers, neighbors, friends, and family. Sellers fill in the customer orders on the order form and collect payment by cash, check, or money order. Your participants can also accept payment by cash app or PayPal from their customers and then pay your organization by cash or check. You choose. 

 

Earning prizes for your participants -

Closing your fundraiser - We recommend selling for 2-3 weeks with your fundraising brochure and online fundraising store. At the end of your selling period, collect the order forms and money from your sellers. Cash and checks collected are deposited in your organization's account. For an order with less than 360 items sold, you'll tally the order forms and submit the quantity of each items sold. With 830+ items sold, your order will be packed-by-seller. 

 

Invoice/Payment - Once we receive your order, we will enter it into our order system and send an invoice to you. Proceeds from your online sales and profit received from donations received will be applied to your invoice as credit, reducing the amount you owe. Your organization can then pay by check at time of delivery. Payment by credit card is accepted but will add a 5% fee onto the charge. Should you achieve a majority of your sales online, your invoice will deduct the amount due from your brochure sales and mail a check to you for the balance. You'll keep your profit upfront. 

State Sales Tax - Some states require the distributor to collect and remit state sales tax on your behalf to your state's Dept of Revenue if you are not tax-exempt. 

Shipping Fees - Orders with 830+ items will receive free delivery. However, due to the cost of diesel, all orders will have a fuel surcharge added to your invoice. It will be based on the total number of units sold and the current cost. An order with 200-830 units will add a $100 delivery fee. Orders with less than 200 items must be picked up at a local packing facility. To maximize your profit, we recommend selling at least 200 items.

Sales Reports - Throughout your sale, as the chairperson, you can log into your online fundraising dashboard to see which of your participants have registered. You'll also be able to see the individual sales for each participant in real-time as well as the total group sales achieved so far. After the order forms have been tallied and your online fundraising store has closed, your sales reports will be finalized.

Orders are packed and shipped to your organization - Orders can be shipped packed by the piece or with 360+ items sold, you can opt to have your participant's orders packed-by-seller. We'll ship the actual number of each item ordered. We can confirm your packing options before you start your fundraiser. Mrs. Fields cookie dough fundraiser orders are delivered in 2-3 weeks after we have received your order.

Holiday Schedule - 

Thanksgiving:

Orders must be placed by Nov 1st to arrive the week of Nov 14th. 

Orders must be placed by Nov 7th to arrive the week of Nov 21st. 

Christmas:

Orders must be placed by Nov 28th to arrive the week of Dec 12th. 

Orders must be placed by Nov 1st to arrive the week of Dec 19th. 

Note: Cheesecake fundraiser orders ship from numerous shipping facilities throughout the lower 48 states.
