■  Distribute your fall candle fundraiser brochures to your participants and run your fundraiser for approximately two weeks or so.

■  Customer checks, if taken, are made payable to your organization.

■  Sales Tax - La-Tee-Da! Fundraising will collect tax only for shipments to TX. If your organization is not exempt, you are able to collect and remit sales tax to your state unless you are in the state of TX. La-Tee-Da! Fundraising collects and pays the sales tax on your behalf to the state of TX.

■  Collect all brochures and payments at the end of your selling period and then call us at 860-384-3691 or email deb@best-fundraising-ideas.com. There are no minimums for submitting your candle fundraiser order. To submit an order packed by the seller, we’ll provide you with an online order link to enter your seller’s orders. If you prefer to sort the orders, you can enter the order as one tally, or we can email a tally sheet for you to complete. An invoice will be emailed to you once your order has been submitted. You'll keep your brochures and 50% profit upfront, and remit payment only for the amount due.

■  Pay for your purchase. We accept school or organization check, cashier's check, money order, or payment by credit card. W-9s and vendor applications are provided as needed.

■  With your brochure sales, shipping is free for your La-Tee-Da! Candle Fundraiser with retail sales of just $500 or greater. Orders less than $500 in retail sales are charged a flat $11.95  shipping fee, regardless of the number of items ordered.

■  A confirmation email will be shared with you once your payment has been received, and your order will then be submitted to our shipping department. Small orders will ship by UPS while larger orders usually ship by a common carrier such as R&L Carriers. We will provide you with shipping updates and the estimated delivery date. Once payment for a candle fundraiser order has been received, you can expect to receive your shipment generally within 7-10 business days. We can accept late orders and no minimum order is required.

■  Profit for your Online Fundraiser: A check for 50% of your online sales will be mailed to you once your online fundraiser has ended.
