How our Neighbors, Crazy About Cookies, Fundraiser Works
Request your fundraising fliers - Neighbor's Cookies, Crazy About Cookies, has made fundraising simple, easy, and fun with our new digital brochure! Your customers can shop two ways to buy cookies to help raise a 40% profit for your group.
Option 1 >> Buy online and pay with a credit card or PayPal We'll provide you with a flier that will include a link that may be shared via email, text, or posted on social media to reach as many people as possible. Customers can choose to have their order shipped to their home or to the school. Or, we can set up a 100% virtual fundraiser with all orders shipping directly to the customer's home. Orders shipped to home will ship within 48 hours. Customers will pay a shipping fee when shipped directly to their homes.
Option 2 >> Your customers can scan a QR code to view the current product offerings or they can follow a website link, which we will provide on the flyer. Your participants will fill out the order taker on the back of the flyer with the item #, quantity, and cost. Customers pay for their orders. Your organization will pay no shipping fees when orders are shipped to your organization when the combined shipped to home and ship to the organization orders are 250 units or more. Our Neighbors Cookies fundraiser is available throughout the Continental U.S.
Request your flyers by calling us at (860) 384-3691. We will complete a sales agreement and email it to you for your review and signature. Once received, we will ship 1 fundraising flyer for each of your participants.
Get Started - Explain your fundraising goals with your members, set a minimum number of items for each participant to sell. Have your participants show the digital brochure to family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers, and invite them to order tubs of Crazy about Cookies cookie dough. If you are taking in-person orders, your participants will complete the order form with the customer's name, phone number, what they ordered, and collect the money due. Customer checks are payable to your organization. We recommend selling for 2-3 weeks.
Placing your Order - At the conclusion of your selling period, collect the order forms and money from your sellers. A minimum order requires 100+ items. If your order falls short of 100 items, you will need to round up your order. Orders with the digital Crazy About Cookies fundraiser brochure offer free pack-by-seller with 150 or more units sold. We will provide an excel template for entering your order. Once completed, simply email the order to deb@best-fundraising-ideas.com. We will then upload your order into our in our order system and email your reports and an invoice to you for the amount due. You'll retain your profit upfront. Note: a fundraiser with 100-149 units shipping to your organization will be packed by the piece and sorted by your organization.

Payment - After reviewing the invoice you can pay by mailing us a school/business check, money order, credit card, along with a copy of your invoice. You can also call and pay by credit card. We do accept purchase orders from public schools with 15 days payment agreement and will release your order to be shipped upon receipt of a valid purchase order.
Profit - Your organization will earn up to 40% profit and you'll keep your profit upfront.
Shipping - Shipping is FREE for orders when the combined direct ship to home and ship to organization sales are 250 or more items. Orders less than 250 items will incur a $170 fee. Cookie dough deliveries shipping to an organization require delivery to a school, business, or other similar location with refrigeration available and must be deliverable during regular business hours. Small orders of less than 150 items are shipped by the piece and will ship in about 2 weeks after receipt of the order and payment or a public school purchase order. Larger orders that are packed by the seller require approximately 3 weeks after receiving the order. Crazy About Cookies' scrumptious cookie dough is shipped packed in dry ice and is shelf-stable (between 66-77 F) for up to 21 days once shipped, refrigerated for up to 6 months, and frozen up to 1 year. Delivery - Once the order is ready to ship, we will contact you to let you know the first delivery date available. Once confirmed, we will provide the carrier and tracking, and the delivery window if available (by noon or by 5 pm). Delivery windows are not guaranteed. Inside-delivery and delivery windows are available for orders with 250+ items. Orders with 4 or more pallets will qualify for a lift gate if requested. Smaller orders are shipped by UPS with FREE inside delivery when available.

Neighbors Holiday Schedule
Shipments made during the weeks directly prior to and including holidays, seasonal events, and end-of-school closings usually have limited availability for delivery regardless of the type of order.
Keep in mind the estimated order lead time – 2 weeks for bulk, packed by the case orders, and 3 weeks for orders packed-by-seller
Please be sure to provide us with your available delivery days and be sure to submit your order on time. While it is always our desire to accommodate orders received after these dates, late submissions may not deliver by the requested date. Expedited services are an option but are not always available and will be added to your invoice if requested.
